"The world's greatest museum of shape and form" is how Italian mountaineer/author Fosco Maraini described Concordia in his book, Karakoram. Six peaks over 7,925m rise from around the area to touch the heaven. Start in Islamabad, fly to Skardu and then drive to the trail head and meet our colorful expedition porters, sturdy ountain man. Trek up the trail used by so many mountaineers over the years hoping for a successful climb, heading towards one of the several peaks around the area. Some of the peaks visible from Concordia are K2, Broad Peak(8,047m), Gasherbrum IV(7925m), G2 and the razor edged Mitre Peak. This is an exciting, challenging trek, geared for hikers with previous high altitude mountain trekking experience.
