shey Gumpa in Upper DolpoNepal was once the center of a large empire that extended into the Tibetan and India it now has a large population of both Hindus and Budhists.it is remote and unknown from the western view point because of its distance from the kathmandu.reguler flight to Dolpo airstrips in the west reduce this remoteness somewhat. But they add considerably to the cost of trekking. The trails go along river valleys to the shey phoksundo lake, shey Gompa, many passes and Do-Trap via Saldang Pass, Sangda Pass (5490m) to Jomsom.

OUTLINE ITINERARY
Day 01 : pick up from the Int'L Airport, transfer to Hotel & well come diner.
Day 02 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley.
Day 03 : flight from Kathmandu to Nepalganj overnight in Hotel.
Day 04 : Flight from Nepalgunj to Juphal and trek to Dunai (2100m).
Day 05 : Dunai to Chekpa (2710m).
Day 06 : Chekpa to Renje (3010m).
Day 07 : Renje to Shey Phoskundo Lake (3,600m).
Day 08 : Phoskundo Lake Rest/Explore
Day 09 : Phoskundo Lake to Mandala Camp (4,570m)
Day 10 : Mandala Camp to Kang la (5,240m) - Shey Gompa (4,280m)
Day 11 : Shey Gompa to Saldang Pass (5,010m)-Namgung (4,380m)
Day 12 : Namjung to Yangar Gompa (3,890m)
Day 13 : Yangar Gompa to Musigaun (4270m)
Day 14 : Musigun to Rest / Explore
Day 15 : Musigaun to Lang La (5,002m)-Simegaun (3,950m)
Day 16 : Simegaun to Tin JA (4,150m)
Day 17 : Tinja to Kaheng (4,550m)
Day 18 : Kaheng to Chark Pass (5036m) -Chark (4365m)
Day 19 : Chark to Yak Kharka (4,780m)
Day 20 : Yak Kharka to Sangda Pass (5490m) -Sangada Phedi (5,110m)
Day 21 : Singda Phedi to Singda (3,909m)
Day 22 : Sangada to Dangar Dzong (2,900m)
Day 23 : Dangar Dzong to Jomsom (2,710m)
Day 24 : Fly Jomsom to Pokhara and Kathmandu
Day 25 : Sightseeing in kathmandu/Rest/shoping.
Day 26 : Transfer to International Airport and fly home.
