You can flight from kathmandu to Tumlingtar and trek to Gupha pokhari see the kanchanjunga north trek and offer the view of Makalu to the west and kanchanjunga to the east. There are huge forests of rhododendrons along the ridge, making a spring trek an attractive prospect.
