Makalu is the 5th Highest mountain in the world and this is near by the top of the world (Mt.Everest).This region is blessed with an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture. Due to its isolation and lack of tea houses this area still receives few trekkers. Gurung, Rai & Sherpa are the main habitants in this area. Walking north of the Arun River to Sedua and then crossing Barun La (4110m.) into the upper Barun Khola valley for a close look at Makalu. This trek is not difficult on till Makalu base Camp and same way retron back to Tumlingtar. Sherpani col, west col is highest trekking rote 6100m.for this trekking you need experience sirdar and shrepa.because west col and Amphulapcha 5800m. is very challenging pass. But you will have fantastic view of Mountain, Glacier Lake and Hungu valley. Than you trek continues khumbu region and you will pass throw shrepa village and Lukla. Also you can do hungu valley, via Mera-la and Mera peak to Lukla for this trip you need fully camping trek, sirdar, Sherpa, cook and porter.   OUTLINE ITINERARY
Day 01 : pick up from the Int'L Airport, transfer to Hotel & well come diner.
Day 02 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley Over night in Hotel.
Day 03 : Fly Kathmandu to Tumlingtar Lodge.
Day 04 : Trek to Drive to Chichila Camp.
Day 05 : Trek to Num Camp.
Day 06 : Trek to Seduwa Camp.
Day 07 : Trek to Tashi Gaun Camp.
Day 08 : Rest in Tashi Gaun for acclimatization Camp.
Day 09 : Trek to khongba danda Camp.
Day 10 : Trek to Dobato Camp.
Day 11 : Trek to Yangle kharka Camp. 
Day 12 : Trek Merak Camp.
Day 13 : Trek to Sersung Camp.
Day 14 : Trek to Makalu Base Camp. 
Day 15 : Trek to Glacier Camp -1.
Day 16 : Trek to Glacier camp - 2.
Day 17 : Trek over sherpani & west col and camp at Barunse Base Camp.
Day 18 : Rest in Barunse Base.
Day 19 : Trek to Amphulapcha Base Camp.
Day 20 : over Amphulapcha pass and Camp at chukung Valley Camp.
Day 21 : Trek to Dingboche Lodge.
Day 22 : Trek to Tangboche Lodge.
Day 23 : Trek to Namche Bazaar Lodge.
Day 24 : Trek to Lukla Lodge.
Day 25 : Flight to Kathmandu Hotel.
Day 26 : Free day in Kathmandu Hotel
Day 27 : Transfer to International Airport and fly home.

Note: if you like to climb Island Peak then you need three days extra.
